Executive Coach, Consultant

Brooke Segaran is an executive coach with 20 years of business strategy and leadership experience in technology companies. Prior to starting her executive coaching practice, Brooke was an early executive at DoorDash, where she led teams in HR, account management, and operations. She has also held leadership roles at eBay as well as several early stage startups. Brooke holds a bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College, where she majored in philosophy. She credits her experience at an all women’s college with sparking her passion for tackling the challenges facing women and other under-served populations. Brooke eventually moved to the Bay Area in 2005 to earn her MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business, and she has since made San Francisco her home.
