Rachel is fueled by a passion for communication and advocacy, coupled with a knack for managing people, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making and brings over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector. She has spearheaded Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives aimed at bridging the equity gap in underserved areas and communities.
Notably, Rachel has crafted and implemented policies promoting fair housing practices and economic opportunities, leading to increased community engagement and enhanced socio-economic conditions. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated leadership in managing multifaceted projects, navigating complex challenges, and driving strategic decision-making.

She has a background in executive nonprofit management and a bachelor's degree in social work. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she finds inspiration in community engagement and empowerment.
