Alondra Esquivel Garcia, Community Engagement and Outreach Specialist, Office of the San Francisco Assessor-Recorder

Alondra currently serves on the Public Affairs team in the Office of Assessor-Recorder Joaquín Torres and advises the San Francisco Women’s Political Committee, supporting efforts to elect women and advance inclusive policy. She previously served as Director of the San Francisco Youth Commission, where she championed youth leadership and drove meaningful change within local government, and as a Financial Analyst at the San Francisco Department of Public Health. Early in her career, she was selected as a Willie L. Brown Jr. Fellow at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), an experience that strengthened her commitment to public service at the local level. A proud alumna of San Francisco State University, Alondra advocated for basic needs and reproductive health at the California State Capitol during her college years. She joins Community Forward SF inspired by the organization’s dual focus on policy and direct service. Alondra is especially motivated by its transformative initiatives and is deeply committed to advancing equitable, community-driven solutions as a member of the Board of Directors.
