Support a weekly gardening and wellness group for participants by helping care for our shared garden space by watering plants, planting seasonal flowers, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Volunteers also support wellness-focused activities that encourage connection, learning, and self-care for participants.

Help create a warm welcome for participants moving into housing by assembling essential items and writing thoughtful notes to accompany each kit.

Support a participant-led art group where individuals can explore different creative mediums in a welcoming environment. This is a weekly group, with sessions generally lasting 1-2 hours.

Host a hygiene kit assembly with colleagues or friends—at your office or home. Community Forward will provide a list of needed items, easy-to-follow instructions, and can help source supplies.

Help provide nourishing meals for participants by preparing, serving, or organizing food service. Volunteers support a welcoming mealtime environment that fosters comfort, care, and community connection.
