Ibrahim joined Community Forward in April 2023 beginning his journey with the organization as the Facilities Manager, where he significantly enhanced operational efficiency and infrastructure. Before his role at CFSF, Ibrahim worked as a Project Manager at a residential construction firm in San Francisco, overseeing large-scale projects typically valued at $500,000 and above.

With over 20 years of extensive leadership experience, Ibrahim has successfully managed diverse teams ranging from 4 to 75 members, and is known for his ability to foster collaboration and drive impactful results. His commitment to community service is equally noteworthy; for over a decade, he has been actively involved in initiatives to provide meals for the less fortunate in Oakland, demonstrating his passion for social impact and community well-being. When not leading his team, Ibrahim can be found reading history books and coaching youth football.
