Often described as a “jack of all trades,” Jesse thrives in executing policy, procedures, and operational efficiency. He came to Community Forward SF in 2022 with 12 years of experience and a background in both the tech and non-profit sectors. Shortly after receiving a bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, Jesse joined ZipRecruiter during its start-up phase. While at ZipRecruiter Jesse helped create and lead the expansion of a robust Trust and Safety department. He then ventured on to other growing tech companies to help implement and scale customer-focused operations. Pursuing a change in purpose, Jesse most recently worked at the Salvation Army’s Divisional Headquarters Business Department where his passion grew for helping build structures for agencies who help the most vulnerable members of our community. A polyglot, Jesse has a natural curiosity for learning about different cultures and peoples. He also enjoys self-expression through performance and various arts.
