Kerry is a clinical social worker with nearly thirty years of experience working in nonprofit organizations. She started her career as direct care staff, advancing to case management, clinical, and management positions in a variety of organizations. Before joining Community Forward, she worked in public and private universities with students in crisis and those in need of resources to meet their mental, emotional, and wellness needs. She also established and ran a non-profit foundation providing direct financial support for basic needs to those impacted by Cystic Fibrosis.

Across settings, Kerry’s work has focused on guiding clients as they navigate complex systems. She strives to empower clients to meet their self-identified goals through skill building and connection to needed resources. She is committed to building sustainable teams and programs through program development and evaluation. She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership. When not helping her clients succeed, Kerry can often be found attending local theater productions. She is also a mixed media artist.
